Should your instrument require certification, we ask that you provide us with the following information: -----Proof of Purchase (a copy of a sales receipt) -----Company Information (Company name and address -preferably on company letterhead) -----Serial Number (can be found at the bottom of your unit) Once we receive the above information we will then look up the unit's Date of Manufacture and as of that date we will be able to issue a certificate.
